Anyway, I have two books that I'd like to recommend: Barry Estabrook's Tomatoland, which documents environmental and worker abuses related to winter tomato production in Florida and Tanya Denckla Cobb's book Reclaiming Our Food. She's a UVA professor who had documented the myriad ways that people are changing the food system all across the country.
