CSA, or Community Supported Agriculture, is a great way to support local farms! To join, you pay a lump sum at the beginning of the season so your farm of choice has the funds for seeds, soil amendments and labor to grow; reap the benefits as that farm brings you fresh seasonal produce on a weekly basis! Some farms use a 'debit' system so that you can shop at the market money-free...others deliver right to your doorstep.
