Tany Denckla Cobb on Local Possiblities
Two weeks ago on June 14,th the Richmond Times Dispatch ran an Op/Ed piece by Tanya Denckla Cobb entitled Global Community Food Projects Suggest Local Possibilities. As the RTD notes, Tanya Cobb is the Author of the book "The Gardener's A-Z Guide to Growing Organic Food." and is senior associate at The UVA Institute for Environmental Negotiation. In addition, she teaches food system planning courses for UVA's Department of Urban and Environmental Planning.
