yep. lettuce. broccoli. cabbage. and, i think some others. but, i could believe how the Napa just took off!
I made a cabbage gratin recently that was AMAZING. I think napa would be perfect in it.
Beef and cabbage rolls, of course! My preference is the Dominican version. You could always adjust the flavors to suit your own tastes and the other dishes that you'll be serving.

Place feta in an iron skillet or oven safe baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice. HOLY FOOD
