Holy Napa Cabbage, Batman!

Look what my husband harvested from the garden this week!
Anyone have any ideas for a Thanksgiving dish with lovely Napa Cabbage?!

  3. I made a cabbage gratin recently that was AMAZING. I think napa would be perfect in it.

  4. Beef and cabbage rolls, of course! My preference is the Dominican version. Here is an English version of the recipe http://www.dominicancooking.com/76-nino-envuelto-rice-cake-wrapped-in-cabbage-leaf.html.

They would be a nice addition to the typical Thanksgiving meal. You could always adjust the flavors to suit your own tastes and the other dishes that you'll be serving.

  7. Place feta in an iron skillet or oven safe baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
